In December 2014, I turned 40 years old and I decided it was time to change my lifestyle. This meant taking control of my personal life and making important decisions regarding my health. 

 

I created this Blog in hopes to stay on track with my day to day goals. Also as an outlet to meet and gather information from other females dealing with some of the same Fitness-Life issues and any concerns.

 

A little bit more about me :-)

 

My name is Vicki Wilson-Grant. I am a young female born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and currently living in Las Vegas, Nevada area. I am happily married to my best friend of sixteen years with our two lovely children and two dogs.  

 

My goal is to follow through with my daily and monthly plans in order to become a better person for myself as well as for my family. I hope that you will embark on this journey with me for a day, a week or even a month. 

 

Throughout my years, I have learned there are no quick fixes, pills or short cuts around hard work and dedication. So let's get to work and see what the future has in store for US!
