Today is Monday and I feel full of energy after and long nights rest. I was excited to go on my morning walk , but the clouds only allowed me to complete a 1.5 mile this morning. Perhaps we will try to do a walk this evening before our yoga session. I decided step not to step on the scale everyday. Today marks my 3rd week of training. I was able to complete 1.4 miles in under 30 min. For some that may not mean much, but for me it feels great. This week also starts my two day (Monday & Wednesday only) Cardio in the morning and weight training in the afternoon. I may even doing a little 15 min. walk or bike ride prior to weights. Wish me luck!

Be sure to get the proper amount of water for your body. An easy way would be half your weight in ounces. For example, my weight is 183 lbs divide that in half equals 91.5. 183/2=91.5 oz of water, agua, H2O. ;-)

Goal setting is very important in day to day living. I want everyone to take some time to set an plan and then create the steps needed to reach these goals. It may seem like a lot of work, so start off with one day and then two days, etc. Have a wonderful day, week and remember your Fitness-Life is your life!

It is the first of the month and the challenges have become real. I was happy to step on the scale this morning to see that my weight was down by 2lbs. So we completed our walk in 35 mins. My current weight is 177lbs My goal weight is 140lbs (37lbs) I am excited about keeping this log and I hope it motivates others to do something. I am working very hard and challenging myself to eating healthy every day. I feel the struggle, but I am doing what I need to do for ME! My current weight is ...... My goal weight is 140lbs No weigh-in this week!! I completed a 3.30 mile walk this morning in 57 mins and will be doing 30 mins of elliptical this evening. I have made it a full week by sticking to my daily workout and the motivation of my City Fit Girls March Challenge. I lost 3 lbs according to my scale. I am very excited and challenge myself to eating fruits and vegetables for this week Monday - Friday. My current weight is 174lbs My goal weight is 140lbs (34lbs) I completed a 2 mile walk this morning in 30 mins and will be doing upper body weights this afternoon. I decided while on this journey of fitness I would try something new once a week for my workout. This week I decided to try out the Kangoo Jump Boots.
