My Goal weight is between 140-145 lbs. I have decided that I need to commit to long term goals or I will fall off the wagon. So with that being said I will work on a monthly goal of 4-8 lbs of weight loss. I feel this is achievable goal for my age of 40 and my current weight of 179 lbs. My family and I have walked in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, so this year I am walking my way towards raising funds for a cause. I am very excited because it will give me the push I need for working towards something. Also the 5K walk is not until October 25, 2015, which gives me plenty of time. I am super excited now.
