Are you eating your meals after a morning workout? Did you even eat breakfast this morning? It is hard to believe that so many individuals refuse to feed their body after hours of rest. Breaking your fast if the number one cause of overweight individuals in the world today. With that being said next time you think about not eating a meal, just think about how unehealthy it is and how it is hurting you in the long run.
