Setting your GOALS for one day, a week or a month. It is all up to YOU. I have BIG PLANS for myself and I know what I have to do in order to make them a reality. I decide to use the acronym SMART in order to set MY personal GOALS.
S - Specific (I feel better about myself by working out and eating right everyday)
M - Measurable (I feel a healthy weight is 145lbs by working out/eating right)
A - Attainable (I will reach my goal weight of 145lbs working out 30 mins everyday)
R - Relevant (I will reach my goal weight by walking, elliptical and biking for 30 min.)
T - Time-Bound (October 1st, I will reach my goal in 7 months by working out and eating right everyday)
