Yoga Moves for Sciatic Pain

I am dealing with sciatic pain, which causes pain in your lower back and down your legs. I was searching and found these moves. I am not an expert in these advance moves, but I have noticed some changes after completing the six minute exercise only once. I hope this can help someone out there dealing with the same issues.
