Eating more fruits is the best thing you can do for a healthy lifestyle. I personally try to eat 5-8 pieces of fruit a day. It works out great because I have a Green smoothie every morning and it take 3 servings of fruit for one smoothie. GREAT!

Last year I attempted to complete the 80/10/10 diet and I will have to say it was hard for the first 3 days, but after two weeks I lost about 10lbs. I let life take me back to my regular habits. We all know how difficult it can be to stick to a plan especially and diet plan. But what I do know is try different things for an extended period. I find it easier and then I don't feel so bad afterwards.
