Motivation!

Motivation is what guides you towards your goals and keeps you going forward through the difficult times. Everyone has a certain kind of motivation, which can be both positive and negative. It is up to each individual to create the drive. For example, the one day you do not feel like getting up to work out or choose to eat an unhealthy dinner. But if you set a reason for getting up to work out or you speak to yourself about getting a salad for dinner.
What pushes every individual to do what they need to do or what they would like to do it is by setting a goal and pushing yourself to achieve your goals.
