I would like to start off by saying how special each and everyone of you are. It may not seem like it at this very moment, but you are SPECIAL!

1. Shut down the HATERS

First step to loving yourself is to get the negative people out of your life.

Think about it? Everyone has that one person, who claims to be a friend, but they always too busy and never have time for you.

2. Make time and do the things that YOU want to do.

If you keep making time for other people and what they want to do, you will never have time to do what you and to do. So STOP doing what your friends want and tell them "NO." If they are a true friend then they will understand.

3. Step out of the normal

When was the last time you did something that you wanted to do differently. Are you thinking about changing your hair color? Doing something you thought about, but never actually doing it. Starting tomorrow go and take a walk and dare to be different. Life it to short to live in a BOX! ;-)

4. Workout!

Yes, everyone wants to be in shape and live a healthy lifestyle, but how many of us are really practicing. Start your morning off with a walk or jog around the block. We all know it will be hard in the beginning, but you have to start somewhere. Crawl before you walk and walk before you jog. SMILE!

5. A moment of SILENCE!

Take a few minutes out your day and just exhale and bring all your thoughts, ideas and emotions together.

As you roll out of the bed take a meditation break and get your thoughts together and focus on what it is you want your day to start with. Bring the positive energy in to your life minute by minute.

Loving yourself is not an easy task. I bring these steps to you in hopes of opening your eyes to the things that are going on around you and the only way to make a change is by starting with YOU!
